The 2018 Convention will be held from Friday, August 3rd to Sunday, August 5th in Evanston, IL.

Registration Fees

The Late Registration Convention registration fee includes lodging on Friday and Saturday nights (default is quad occupancy), Saturday/Sunday breakfast voucher, Saturday boxed lunch and dinner (banquet), and all programs.

If you register for an additional night (Thursday and/or Sunday), then a breakfast voucher will be included with the additional night. The GAP luncheon is not included in the regular price but is an additional optional cost for GAP members (including current undergrads that will graduate in the spring or summer of 2018).   

Additional Registration Options are available for those who do not want to include the hotel and/or food or who would like to have a different occupancy selected (see below for list of options).  

If you plan to arrive early or leave late on Thursday and/or leave on Monday, then you are required to add the Thursday and/or Sunday night option or arrange alternative sleeping arrangements in advance. Please do not arrive at the hotel early or late expecting to “crash” in rooms where other sisters have registered and paid for spots. 

***REMINDER: Your Registration From will be approved once full payment has been received unless a payment plan has been approved by the Convention Treasurer.

Convention Donation

As a small sorority, we strive to provide our members with the resources they need to remain active and ask for your support in helping sisters in financial need. Your donation will go towards Convention fees so that sisters or chapters who need assistance to attend convention can do so without worry or risk of national fines. 

**Donations will need to be paid no later than May 1st to allow those sisters requesting a sponsorship enough time to plan accordingly.**

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, check, or money order. Please see instructions below for how to complete your registration once you have completed and submitted the Registration Form on OrgSync. You must complete the OrgSync form before sending your payment. If you are in need of partial or full sponsorship to help you financially in order to attend Convention, you must complete this form.

Via Credit Card

  1. Submit completed registration form via OrgSync. Add Registration Cost Option and any Additional Convention Cost Options to obtain the payment amount owed.
  2. Email the National Treasurer ( to arrange a phone call where your payment can be processed. Time frames for phone calls are the following:
  • Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

**If none of the times provided work, please email the Treasurer to receive an authorization form with instructions as an alternative.**

Via PayPal

  1. Submit completed registration form via OrgSync. Add Registration Cost Option and any Additional Convention Cost Options to obtain the payment amount owed.
  2. Go to and log-in
  3. Click "Pay or send money" at the top
  4. Select the "Send money to friends and family" option
  5. Enter "" in the email field and click "Next"
  6. Enter the amount of your payment in the appropriate field
  7. In the "Add a note" field, please include your Name, Email, and indicate what your payment covers.
  8. Click "Continue"
  9. Choose a form of payment to complete the transaction from existing options or add new when asked "How do you want to pay?" You'll be able to choose from e-check, bank account, or credit/debit card. 
  10. Click "Next"
  11. Review the information and click "Send Payments Now" to complete the transaction.

Note: If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, PayPal will charge a fee of 2.9% plus $0.30. You must check the box that says “I will pay the fee.” If you do not, you will be charged separately by Theta Nu Xi for this fee. If you chose to pay by e-check or bank account, there is no additional fee.

Via Mail

  1. Submit completed registration form via OrgSync. Add Registration Cost Option and any Additional Convention Cost Options to obtain the payment amount owed.
  2. Print and send the completed registration form along with the check or money order to the following:
